FLNT @ 1-ATICO is a beautiful restaurant that offers a spectacular view and interesting Nikkei cuisine (Japanese-Peruvian fusion).
As for the Smoked Salmon Bagel Burger, as much as the flavours were there, it fared better as a simple breakfast sandwich.
I really like the deep, earthy Argentine flavours and that tables are far apart so that conversations are private.
