My experience at Rumah Rasa was mixed, at best. For every dish that I didn’t like, I could find another that deserved high praise.
If you love Indomie, check out this noteworthy menu at Rumah Rasa Pan-Indonesian restaurant that any instant noodle fan would die for!
We left with a satisfied tummy, and also a commitment of no instant noodles for the rest of this month.
Farasha Muslim Food is one of the popular stalls at Seah Im Food Centre. They're famous for their Nasi Goreng Ayam. They have a lip-smacking 9 variations of Nasi Goreng. They also have Ayam Penyet, Maggi Goreng, Mee Goreng and Kway Teow Goreng.
The Ayam Penyet ($5) here comes with a chicken leg, cucumber, raw cabbage, a cube of tau kwa, a piece of thumb-length tempeh and sambal. The rice and soup are served separately on another plate.
Service here is swift and courteous.
