Recommended Vegetarian Biryani and Mutton Biryani. Both were freshly prepared with delicious taste using homemade mix spices that served with gravy and raita. The rice was really soft and fragrant and must mentioned that the mutton melted in the mouth in every bite. It was deliciously cooked to perfection.

Chica Bonita is always busy, so I was shocked at how disappointing the food was. Looking around, I did notice that none of the other tables had ordered tacos. I liked the enchiladas, so perhaps the more Tex-Mex food like nachos and chimichangas are the thing to order here. I wanted to like this place since I love Tex-Mex food, but I doubt we’ll return. Eating at Chica Bonita is an expensive experience, and if they can’t even get tacos right, that’s a bad sign.

I enjoyed the Fried Koay Teow. It was a nice portion size with 2 large prawns. Nicely flavored, tasty.
So overall, the food wasn’t great (though not bad), but I will probably go back at some point. They have some interesting vegetarian options that I would like to try, and the staff were professional.

Authenticity is a difficult quality to achieve. People will often go to great lengths to find and enjoy the ever-elusive “authentic” culinary experience, and – more often than not – a great deal of time and expense is required to travel to far off corners of the world in order to locate and sample a “true” example of ethnic cuisine. What makes La Mexicana (the charming Mexican restaurant located behind the Hock Choon Supermarket in the Ampang area of Kuala Lumpur) so remarkable is that it offers a wonderful (and delicious) window into truly authentic, modern Mexican fare, yet doesn’t even require one to leave the confines of Kuala Lumpur.
Their Mutton Vindaloo was another good dish. Mutton chunks were cooked with potatoes and comes in a mildly spicy thick gravy and is priced at RM 30.00 . Portions wise, it's definitely pricey but looking at the location, I would say that it's acceptable. Taste wise, my rating for this shall be 8/10.
Hubby had the fish tacos (RM23) and each serving came with two tacos, loaded with deep fried fish goujons, fresh tomato salsa and guacamole on the side. Hubby enjoyed it thoroughly.
Make sure you order their Agua Frescas to quench your thirsts. There’s Tamarindo, Hibiscus, Limon, Mango and Horchata. These are all perfect with the Mexican dishes as they are all somewhat tangy and fruity.
The kitchen offers universally-loved Tex-Mex favourites such as fajitas, quesadillas and burritos as well as the more traditional Mexican dishes including a variety of Tacos, Ceviche (raw fish cured in fresh lime), Molotes (Mexican empanadas like curry puff), Lamb Stew, Veracruze-style fish and Carne Asada (steak).

Our Verdict Personally does not think is a place worth to visit for the overall quality of food and price we are having, can’t blame if someone does tell jokes about Las Carretas food is for the drunk (since people mainly went there for alcohol only), feels kinda disappointed and wasted for the fame they built for so many years. Do Not bring your girlfriend for any occasions (other than alcohol drinking session) in this restaurant unless you are looking for a “smackdown” session afterward when you reach home! 😉

Chico's black end chicken: Sweet and smoky flavored blackened chicken. Think of it like the Mexican version of nasi campur except way more expensive. The serving's quite huge, mostly from the beans and sides. Very filling.

Sunway Pyramid today wasn't as crowded but not quiet, and most restaurants seemed to already offering Dine-in service. The burrito was soft and smooth, making it easier to take a bite off. The BBQ sauce & Thai Chili sauce combination complements beautifully with the minced beef giving it a sweet and savory taste. The mashed potatoes, which was smooth and creamy that goes well with the sweet corn and the black beans. The portion was huge and hearty. If you are a light-eater, I suggest you to share this with someone.

Tacos aside, they serve stuff like burritos (lamb, chicken, beef), nachos, Chimichangas (I will be back to try these!), Buffalo Wings, fries/chicken tenders and other snacks, and desserts. Price-wise, reasonable for the setting. Portions are moderate. But if you’re looking for a relatively affordable alternative to Chilli’s, give Thyme Out a try ;)

Overall, I think Taco Bell lives up to its reputation and I can see why it has become such an iconic part of American West Coast food and pop culture. I think it’s also a nice change from our usual fast food joints that serve burgers and fried chicken. Will be back to try their other menu items!

Tacos Supreme, grab it while its hot the crunchy corn tortilla shell indeed crunchy & nice. However the sour cream kinda overwhelmed (for me); should request to cut down (next visit). The meal comes together with Cheesy Nachos and one soft-drinks.
Not bad. Not bad at all. Sour cream is the default sauce and I got to choose another two - smokey BBQ and mayonnaise. I was really stuffed after this meal.
