Sashimi and sushi from Japanese counter; fresh seafood on ice, meat carvings section; live kitchen counters dishing out hot food from all over the world such as Indian curries, chicken rice, pasta; bread counter with cheese; soups; salads......I doubt any photo is necessary since one can easily imagine the wide spread of variety.
The high quality of service really enhanced our dining experience a lot and I believe this is also one of the factor that made Carousel stand out from many other buffet restaurants in Singapore.
It was definitely worth every penny and I would go back again, probably with my parents who are quite big eaters.
Wild Rocket also has great affinity with Laksa. They always open the restaurant with a new Laksa dish, from Laksa Pesto Linguine to Laksa Uni Risotto.
The restaurant space and service standards probably aren't quite up to the more established (and more pricey) Western-leaning fine dining joints in town (yet), but the food's legitimately good - as evidenced by the 38th spot in San Pellegrino & Acqua Panna's Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2016 list (10th best in Singapore).
The food is creative and well executed and Chef is always around during service time to interact with his patrons.
