Guests will never go hungry at Temple Tree Langkawi, thanks to the recently launched Paloh Restaurant and Bar. Aptly named after Perak’s state capital fondly known as “Pa-Lo” in Cantonese, the all-day dining restaurant is located inside the lovingly restored 120-year-old Ipoh House.
The signature here is Momotaro Chicken (RM 16.90), available in regular and extra cheese (top up another RM 2.50). It is a chicken chop topped with mozarella cheese, served along with nachos, fries and salad. Chicken chop was alright but the cornstarch coating was too thick, and cheese topping hardly serve any purposes other than its rubbery texture. Serving the fries beneath the chicken chop is an awkward practice somehow but the nacho is great.
Of the meagre options currently on Tanjung Rhu beach, there are no others like Kelapa Cafe. This is one of the only restaurants that are open for breakfast and serves something other than boring eggs. Assuming you don’t have Four Seasons Resort levels of money, your options are Kelapa Cafe, Scarborough Fish & Chips or nasi lemak from the side of the road when it comes to breakfast in Tanjung Rhu. The Kelapa Cafe’s menu is varied enough in both sweet and savoury options that you could eat here on multiple days, as we did.
I have been trying many different types of food from their menu. Every time when i come to Bites Cafe, i will look for something new to eat or something old which i never try before. So if you are here in Sungai Petani, it is worth coming here for a try. Their service is good and their serving portion is decent. In terms of price, i would say that it is a little pricy, but its all good given the good taste and good service. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the place, as this place is always filled with people, it gets a little noisy and it is even noisier when there are birthday celebration going in. This place is kinda famous for birthday celebration among youngsters.

Overall, food here is good, environment is nice, food serving and service is fast too. In terms of price, it is slightly higher considering the cost of living in Sungai Petani but its still reasonable.

ONE 2 Cafe is comfortable and their service is good too, food serving is fast and in big serving portion. During my visit, i wanted to try something light, so i ordered their 13 Signature Bread Bowl and a cup of tea. The 13 Signature Bread Bowl is simple with a lot of mushroom soup poured onto the bread, it is serve with cheese and some greens a the side.

On the island’s north-west, amongst the stalls that sell coconut shakes and cendol at the foot of Gunung Machichang, CoffeeNuts serves up freshly brewed coffee, and it’s good. Really good.
While enjoying your cozy stay at Resorts World Langkawi, your tummy is also well taken care of with awesome spread deliciously made and freshly served at Seagull Coffee House.
Overall, the environment here is comfortable and it is really nice dining in here.
