I like going to Bugis Junction due to its convenient location and numerous shops, but unfortunately it’s never been a place I associate with good and affordable food.
The bread was soft and limp, lacking the crunch and rigidity to support all of the ingredients on top. Plus, it needed a bit more salt, and the service was just horrible today. I don't go to Privé very often, but my impression just keeps getting worse.
I couldn't quite discern the cheese in this, but the Crispy Parmesan Wings ($12) was commendable, and didn't require copious bobs into the garlic-parsley-dill parmesan dip.

Every dish was finessed with aplomb and flavours were fused harmoniously. Service was stellar as well; we were seated at the chef's table, so in addition to having front-of-house seats to the theatrics of the open kitchen, we were engaged by the affable chefs who somehow juggled conversation through the frenzy of the kitchen.
