Akhirnya, kami memilih untuk mencuba dapatkan Butterfly Adoption Dari Melaka Butterfly And Reptile Sanctuary.
Butterfly & Reptile Sanctuary is a tourist attraction in Ayer Keroh, about 15km northeast of Malacca town. Also known as Taman Rama Rama & Reptilia Melaka, it is home to a collection of animals ranging from beautiful butterflies to snakes, lizards, crocodiles, and koi fishes.
For a 30-year-old park, the place is well maintained, spread over 5 hectares and set amidst lush, tropical surroundings. There are dedicated areas within the vast park for butterflies, reptiles, birds, etc. It’s also a nice place to escape Melaka’s blistering heat. Entry is RM22 per pax.
Zoo Taiping is one of the landmarks in Taiping, Perak was established in 1961 and is located in a natural abode in the Taiping Lake Gardens near the foothills of Maxwell Hill (Bukit Larut). Zoo Taiping is a central landmark that is not to be missed. This place is dedicated to family and kids. This is a great place for the kids to go near and have a real look at the animals rather than on screen. Zoo Taiping now houses around 1500 animals from 140 species of mammals, birds, reptiles, and fishes.
Unlike Singapore Zoo, the animal exhibits during daytime and nighttime are the same. Therefore, I do not think it is absolutely necessary to visit both.
Entrance is RM17 for adults (inclusive of GST) and RM8.50 for children
Zoo Negara is one of the most visited attractions in Kuala Lumpur. In this video, we explore this 110-acre zoo and check out all the different animals it features. The biggest highlight of the zoo is the Giant Panda exhibit. There are currently 3 pandas here in Malaysia and coincidentally, it was one of the Giant Panda 5th birthday when we visited. The zoo is huge and features multiple exhibits of mammals, birds, reptiles, and fishes.
我觉得这一趟动物园实在是太值得了, 单单看个熊猫吃播就已经值回票价了~
A'Famosa Animal World Safari is definitely one the place that should be in your consideration. RM45.00 (adult) and RM33.00 for kids above 90cm. I have to purchase a ticket for my son who is just 3 years old. The price is definitely costly. However, the price comes with a free lunch and a drink! So now you know why the price is that costly.

Overall, Arnab Village ni menarik bagi saya yang sukakan arnab. Lagipun, saya jenis yang suka menghargai usaha orang-orang tempatan untuk membuat tempat tarikan terbaru. So, I give credit for that. Tak tahu pula pendapat pelawat yang ‘high demand’…hiks…
Not gonna lie, people who care deeply about animal rights might find this park depressing. Except for the Aviary birds, many of the animals were in cages and pens that looked too small. The raccoon that was on display for “cuddle time” was either very lazy or drugged. The guinea pigs in the Small Mammals section were especially troubling. I’m no animal psychologist, but the majority of them seemed terrified by the alpha and a couple of them had painful looking open wounds.
Purchase an entrance ticket for RM10/pax and you’ll get a RM10 cash voucher. You can use it to purchase animal feed, food or water or you can even use it for all the activities.
Worth the visit? A YES from us. Though it’s pretty small, we feel the amount of money and time spent there is just nice. And it’s not too crowded (for now). The kids can take their own sweet time, feeding, petting and cuddling the animals!
Last week we pay a visit to Ave's World Eco Farm located opposite to the Broga Hills hike starting point. (just across the street). The entrance fee is only rm8 for each person more than 2 years old.
Visitors are able to gaze at the snapping jaws, cold menacing eyes, sharp pointed teeth and powerful lashing tails of the crocs within a very short distance – most of them just laying dead not moving so it’s perfect chance to take time and learn about different croc’s habitat while taking some fancy pictures! 😉
Even though it’s in the middle of nowhere and the outside looks very underwhelming, this was a much higher quality attraction than I expected. The shows started on time and with a good, educational emcee. The creatures looked well-fed and healthy. Even the cafe was clean with quality menus that didn’t look depressing and faded.
They wrote, “It’s the Dinosaur Encounter, located at Teruntum Mini Zoo in Kuantan, Pahang. This zoo has the concept of combining real, living animals and prehistoric animatronic animals, such as dinosaurs.”
Verdict: It’s a good place for family outing. Time to let the kids put their phone down and get acquainted with farm animals, reptiles, birds, and more! Unplug and enjoy the countryside escapade at Hussin Fauzi Farm!
Honestly, this feels too small for comfort. Some of the enclosures are very small and unnatural, and while the keepers do their best it feels like some of the animals are terrified of the people visiting, hiding away (but definitely not all). I don’t think I’m going to go back – you can see my page ‘Zoos and me’ if you are interested in my wider thoughts.
