It is a public beach so everyone can enjoy this beautiful scenery for free. This beach is also a good location for water sports activities such as swimming, kayaking, jet-skiing and surfing.
White sand, blue sky and blue ocean. I am very amazed that a commercialized beach can maintain its beauty unlike in Port Dickson.

Overall, we didn’t really find anything to fault the place on seriously. Staff were very good, and everything else was worth the money. It’s the best place for a while that we have stayed in at around that price in Malaysia. Shame there’s not much to do in walking distance, but it makes a good long weekend destination if you want to get away from KL and relax. Remember to close your balcony doors or the monkeys will nick your things.
I actually quite like their Curry Mee although I always do prefer Penang Curry Mee. Their light and mild curry soup actually give you more space to crave after leaving the shop. I definitely will come back again if I'm in Kuantan again.
Price wise is considered cheap in view of the generous portion given. Moreover it's so near to the Teluk Cempedak Beach. hard to find this kind of low price anywhere ealse I should say. Wah lau eh...RM4 only for size small and not even RM5 for big bowl of noodles. No wonder the curry noodle here is so fast selling. By the time we leave around 7.45am, there was already a crowd. Lucky we came early.
Outlook: 4/5 Creativity: 4/5 Taste: 4/5 Price: 4/5 Overall: 4/5 - I like the gravy. It is not really spicy but the right spicy kick is still there. The oyster is not too fishy. Nice.
If you happen to be in Kuantan over the weekend, do drop by and give this curry mee a try. I’m not saying it is the best I’ve eaten, but it certainly is one of the better ones around. What I like about this place is that they speak English and Malay, so ordering was a breeze. To get to the shop, drive towards the Teluk Cempedak beach and you will find Hoi Yin along the row of shops on your left.
The curry noodle at RM 3.50. The curry kuey noodle came with a generous amount of cockles (siham), chicken meat, tau fu pok, fish cake and beansprouts. The curry paste was thick and rich with hints of coconut juice. Should I say more? This was good. The food was good and the service was okay. However, the place was quite hot and stuffy. Price was very reasonable, not complains. Recommended!
