The Scrambled Egg with Bread is a popular breakfast item, not only Scrambled Egg but with creamy mashed Potatoes hidden under the Eggs... served with a side of greens. We were worried if it would be too bland (judging from the pale colors) but to our surprise, it was reasonably seasoned. The creamy mashed worked really well with the Egg; extra credits to the crisp Toasts
