I don’t think the refreshments or the exhibition are worth the drive and the climb, but the views are pretty nice. You’ll have to weigh up if they’re nicer enough than other views in the region to make the journey worthwhile. I probably won’t go back, but could possibly be persuaded.

Berbalik pada BOH Tea Centre Sungei Palas tu, lokasi dia tak berapa jauh pun sebenarnya dari jalan besar. Cuma jalan dia memang sangat jalan pergunungan.

Setelah sampai di puncak, apalagi buka ground / kanvas untuk berehat dan masak apa yang patut. Kami berehat hampir sejam dan bersiap untuk bertolak pulang kerana melihatkan hujan akan turun. Kabus sudah mulai menguasai suasana namun ia bagaikan biskut, sekejap ada sekejap takde tapi kami tahu kerana hujan sudah menghampiri kami. Sebelum balik kami abadikan gambar kami di puncak mini irau terlebih dahulu.

Misi menawan Mini Irau berjaya!! Bagi uolls yang beginner, Irau ni satu pendakian yang memang mencabar mental dan fizikal dengan trek akar kayu yang mencanak-canak, tapi pemandangan dalam Mossy Forest ni memang sangat-sangat cantik!! Trans YB3B basically is hiking the entire Gunung Yong Belar traditional trail (Blue Valley Dam except piping area) and new trail (kebun) crossing a few peaks like Gunung 6040, Gunung 3 Boundaries, Gunung Challi and Gunung Yong Belar. Personally aku rasa muzium ni sangat menarik. Walaupun dibangunkan secara persendirian dan keadaan tak berapa gah sebagai sebuah muzium tapi koleksi koleksi yang ada memang payah dah nak jumpa. Kalau nak tengok memang kena datang sini. Memang mengimbau kenangan zaman kecik kecik dulu.

It doesn’t take long to walk around the enclosure, get through all the sheep food, and stroke a few lambs, but it’s pleasant and our daughter enjoyed it, even if some of the sheep were a bit big for her!

In short, the place is bonkers, but provided enough fun (and a slide) that we ended up there for longer than an hour in the end, which I certainly didn’t expect when I saw the sign from the road. Enjoyable, if you like a little kitsch.

At Cameron Highlands Resort, the wide range of treatments is inspired by the restorative treatments of tea as well as the healing culture of The Semai (orang Asli of Pahang). Every guest will start the treatment with a complimentary signature tea bath with rose petals. I thoroughly enjoyed this - extremely relaxing and skin smelt so nice and felt so soft after. With the bath, I was also provided with cucumber slices (for my eyes), tea leaves (mask), and sea salt (scrub). After the bath, I enjoyed 50 minutes of Balinese massage.... oh so good!

Coral Hill in Cameron Highlands is one such hike. At 1573 metres, reaching its peak sounds daunting, but with a starting altitude of 1556 metres, an elevation gain well under 50 metres and a trail less than 1 kilometre, Coral Hill is equitable, achievable and easily squeezed into a single morning.
