I've heard about these guys for many years, but admittedly never realized that they served Greek food until today (10 Dempsey Road #01-20, 6875-0872).
The food's classic, well executed and had soul, so I'd say it is a good option together with Fotia.
good family dinner, not exactly my kind of food, still quite enjoyable dishes…
Overall, another enjoyable lunch at this popular Greek restaurant at Dempsey.
The bird was reasonably tender and wasn't dried out.
I seldom taste Greek food so I do not have a yardstick to compare it with. However, I really love the vibe of this place, it’s almost as if you are in Greece for an hour or two, enjoying a delicious meal accompanied by great conversations. My suggestion for you is to come in a big group so that you can have a little of everything. If you come at night, try sitting at the alfresco area, it is quite windy!
This was a great cultural exposure for learning not only the cuisine but also the Greek language. The meal shared here sets to about $30 per pax, which is roughly the same as a meal at a Japanese restaurant. However, the portion food here will leave you more than fully satisfied so sharing of the main courses is highly recommended even if you do not order the meat platter. Nonetheless, it would be good if the saltiness of the salad can be reduced and if they can offer the starters bread for free.
