  Garlic Cheese Naan, 9.50 ringgit. The Garlic Cheese Naan was good. I liked it. Every mouth you take, the taste of cheese and garlic was evident. More often than not, lots of eateries like to stinge of the cheese. When you bite into the naan, only certain areas/parts has cheese in it. That is not the case here, almost every mouth had cheese and garlic on it. It was good.

  Kaeng Som (Small), 20 ringgit. This time around, I wanted something that was similar to Tom Yum but not exactly Tom Yum – so, I opted for Kaeng Som. Kaeng Som is a spicy dish cooked in “Asam Pedas” style with prawns and vegetables. Yummy! Just the right amount of ‘pedas’ and spice to get me going. There was about 6,7 pieces of medium sized prawns + long beans and cabbage. It certainly a yummy replacement for Tom Yum. I liked it very much.

  Taj Briyani House is located in Section 19, PJ. I was there waiting for the family car that was at the service center and chose this eatery arbitrarily so it was a pleasant surprise when the food tastes great.
