For those craving Thai food, Fa-Ying in Paradigm is a great restaurant to check out. Earlier this year, Fa-Ying underwent a refurbishment and a revamp of its menu. Last weekend, we were there to check out their food as we won a voucher from their Father's Day contest. The food is still fantastic, with food presentation taken up a notch too.

It was a very good meal and both of us enjoyed the food very much. The lunch at Fa-Ying by Rama V cost us RM 96.28 which is a fraction of what we’ll pay in Rama V. The service at Fa-Ying is passable but not as good as their flagship Rama V. Nevertheless, it’s was a great meal in a more casual setting, which is what Fa-Ying is out to achieve. We’ll definitely be back here again. :)

Verdict: 1. Overall, the ambiance is great for a casual night chill-out. Love the idea of nibbling on Thai-style tapas and BBQ skewers while downing jugs of cocktails and beers. 2. Recommended: Thai Tapas, BBQ Skeweres, Fettuccini with roasted duck curry lychee, Ice pops 3. Pricewise, it falls within the mid range, but I don't mind dropping by if I feel like having Thai while my dining partner may prefer something more westernized.
