The Mixed Mushroom Toast is one of them. Our order was heated up before serving to us, it has a generous amount of Mushrooms (mainly Eryngii) served on a creamy base sauce and topped with sprinkles of Cheese. The base was a sourdough bread. As simple as it sounds, the flavor combo was good. The texture of the Mushrooms was expertly control and the seasoning was spot on, a dish that we thoroughly enjoye
