These lamb chops were from the regular menu. Simple and nicely done.
With something called a chalet soup which involved pasta, beans, some vegetables, Gruyère, cream and saucisson vaudois. Delicious cheesy soup which wasn't too rich.
This was shortly before the prohibition of dining in for restaurants as part of the local government's "circuit breaker" .
