        Ajitama Ramen (Rm 20.50) Comes with toppings such as spinach, quail egg, a piece of chashu, large crispy nori (seaweed) and ajitama in shio base or shoyu base soup. I had mine in soy sauce base soup and all in normal percentage (as a first timer). The broth was really something I love, rich, milky and creamy, dosed with that great amount of chicken oil. On the first sip, it was filled with chicken oil aroma, very aromatic; also taste like you were having chicken essence too.

          Overall, with the vege, seaweed, egg, and everything else, the ramen was as good as any I’ve tasted, well balanced and certainly delicious.

              Karaage (MYR 12- 5pcs) On a personal note, this had got to be my favourite for its light crispiness of the succulent meat cutlet. It’s not too oily but remained very juicy and flavourful instead. The portion was considerably generous- looked at those big chunks! Oshii!

                Overall, it’s been a delightful session and would love to be back again. Wish they would have another outlet nearer to KL or at least PJ, otherwise the trip to Shah Alam is tad far for me. But I still love my porky grubs anyway! (=

                  I quite like this as the noodle is thicker than usual, however love the chewie’ness of it as I order mine hard. not many locals will like this texture as when I was in Japan, they thought me to go for Hard which is most of the Japanese dine in that way. The thinly slice char siew is perfect. thin like near paper, torch burnt that give the slight burnt umami that I like and the fats is near to melt in your mouth.
