We did not get to try other food / snacks from their menu as we were rather full after lunch. As an overall, I will say that their Tau Fu Fa is still worth a try.
Hubby ordered 1 portion of rice (more than enough for 2 persons), 1 chicken drumstick, 1 piece of mutton with all the necessary curry and condiment. For the vegetables, there were beansprout and sliced cucumber. By the time hubby came back with the nasi kandar, my homemade salted duck egg was ready. Salted egg with nasi kandar make a good combination.
Reasons to visit Kiki-Lalat Ipoh: fun local brews – must try the todi mixed with lemongrass or smoky Mezcal; charming setting; friendly team; craft beer in Ipoh!
Kaya Butter Toast (RM 4.80) Since I am looking for some light bites, I ordered their toast bread which comes awesomely good. The toast bread all beautifully toast till perfection and with the light crust. The bread is spread with kaya at one side and Margerine at the other side. Nice.
For those who loves rice and dry curry meat, this will be a good choice.
Curry noodle @ RM 10.80 The red oil gave the impression that it was very spicy. It was not very spicy because my friend, who can't take too spicy food, enjoyed the curry very much. This is one of the best curry noodle we have tasted.
Overall, the noodles they have if the portion can be a little bit bigger would be great.
