Ali Nasi Lemak is a grab-and-go stall in Penang selling sambal-capped rice, featuring an array of six variations, all priced at RM2.50 each.
Nevertheless, we are sold and would come back again for their croissant, and to try its other offerings.
Coffee is not the only drinks available here, you can try their Lychee Tea drinks too or to order something different from their menu. Dessert like pudding is also available. It is really nice dining here at Saigon Bowl, service is good and food serving is fast too. My personal favorite food here is definitely their Pho and Coffee.
The Sotong DeSumbat was probably our favorite dish of the day- huge squid stuffed with minced Meat and grilled over fire for the smoky touch. The dish was served with 2 types of sauces- a Vietnamese-inspired Fish Sauce dip and a Honey Mustard-like dip; both went well with the Squid though we would prefer the Fish Sauce dip for a more refreshing touch
Overall, Saigon Bowl is a decent place to dine in. Service is good, environment is nice and clean. In terms of food, i feel it is average.
Adapting to the new normal Zen 161 Coffee and Patisserie is a cashless cafe, all payment transection is done either by e-wallet or credit card.
Here's the location.
Egg Benedict fared better. The expertly cooked Eggs were served on Avocado-spread Toast as well as slivers of Smoked Salmon. The seasoning was spot on and the combo was lovely.
The made to order Raspberries Crumble Bar was much better, the Raspberries Crumble Bar were moist and crumbly, though slightly sweet, the berry flavor was bold and the Vanilla Ice Cream was not too shabby either
