Overall, the food here is nice, service is good and environment is comfortable too.
During my visit, i tried their Tacos Double Supreme and Chicken Quesa Dillas. To complete a meal, i added RM 1.00 to make it into a set. I personally love their Chicken Quesa Dillas. This Chicken Quesa Dillas is packed with choose and chicken meat inside it. Every bite is so satisfying in my opinion. Their Tacos Double Supreme is also tasty made with fresh vegetables and chicken then wrap with tortilla. The Tacos is juicy and the mixture of vegetables with meat is perfect !
Overall, food here is nice depending on what you order and what are your preference, i find their curry to be very spicy !
A bowl of Seafood Curry Tok Tok Mee is loaded with a flavorsome curry broth along with a huge prawn, clams, and a plate of deep-fried fish fillet. Chilli paste plays an important role in curry mee and the combination of it adds great flavor and aroma to the dish. The spiciness of the chili paste will make you sweat, so add gradually.
ICHI TONG is the improvised TOK TOK MEE specialized shop. This is one of the hit and punch card location. ICHI TONG provide a combination of traditional Chinese cuisine and modern folk cooking stylish food.
Start with the Signature Beef Tok Tok which our choice of noodle was Wan Ton Noodles, the broth was thick and rich, with a bold Tomato flavor and a touch of sweetness. There were chunks of Beef, braised Radish and some Beef Balls. It was quite comfortable on the palate and we were happy with the lovely al-dente texture of the noodles.
One of the most popular items at Carnavon Cafe is their Watermelon Cake... with fresh Watermelon, Matcha-infused sponge, fresh cream and Strawberry Rose syrup. The combination was refreshing except that the Watermelon flavor was a little subdued. The Rose fragrance was discernible and the whole thing felt light and easy on the palate. The cookie base was not too shabby too, though we did think the flavor-combo was okay, the cake did not really hit us... we thought it was just an "okay" cake.
The Burrito- Flacko Special on the other hand, was okay. Though missing a bit of crunch, the flavor was perfectly fine... with a spicy kick.
