        Eventually, we opted to try one of the dessert on display, specifically Lucky Koi. The combination of ingredients in this specific dessert (oolong rice ice cream + peach sorbet + goji berry muesli crunch + lychee glaze) was appealing and yummy. There was a burst of flavors and textures – the tanginess from the berries, the crunch from the muesli and the unique sweetness from the creamy ice cream. We enjoyed it.

              When it arrived, I was so surprised with the unique presentation. The best part is how they crafteed the ice-cream to look like a real rose. The best part is to slice the hardened and frozened rose, and when it breaks, it reveals a hardened layer of chocolate and cherry ice-cream inside.

                    The “Beauty Elixir” where the ice cream contains lychee, sakura, rose water, glutathione, collagen, and also vitamin C. And all these item is said to promote healthier and fairer skin, brighter and smoother skin tones and improvement of general well-being.

                      Verdict: Artisanal ice cream and Petits Gateaux which is persuasively appealing in terms of appearance and flavours, it’s certainly a place that can make me HAPPY! A cool and much needed relief on recent hot hazy days.

                        Unicorn - our girl loves unicorns, so this was a natural choice for her. Madagascar vanilla ice cream, lychee and raspberry sorbet, white chocolate dip and crispy meringues - this was rather light and refreshing.

                          The other flavour which stood out for me was the cookies & cream. This is much more sophisticated than your basic vanilla ice cream with Oreo bits combination. The cookies & cream ice cream here is made from chocolate cookies baked in-house and vanilla ice cream mixed with 63% Weiss dark chocolate from France. It is rich in texture with a toasty taste.

Located just a few doorsteps away from Hong Leong Bank in Damansara Uptown, Crème de La Crème or often known as CDLC is where you can get the best ice cream in town.
