Visually beautiful, this Buta Bara Kushi dish is indeed one of the my favorite at Ryoshi Signature. It's delicious I must say. Onion dressing is not too overpowering and the chicken was quite tasty.

We can never resist sashimi, so the huge portion Ryoshi Sashimi Mori was very welcomed! There are 3 pieces each of 6 kinds of fresh seafood arranged prettily on ice: Maguro, Salmon, Tako, Hotate, Amaebi, Kampachi and every piece was super fresh!
