They don’t take reservations so customers in the know will arrive by 11.45 am to chope a place when they open at 12noon!
I am always in a fix on where to curb my hunger at The Centrepoint ; there were just too many choices at Gastro+ and my simple mind obviou...
Misato certainly served delicious Japanese food and they paid special attention to the cutlery and utensils too. However, it is a little slow. We would still recommend. Therefore, dine when you have the time to spend.
Well, at Misato Centrepoint we saw beauty, ate and left with a full stomach and contented heart.
All in all, I think Misato is a really brave concept.
Did we enjoy dining at Misato Japanese Restaurant? Yes, very much so, especially when the presentation is so classy and artistic; and the quality of food is notably good.
Service at Misato is near excellent. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
So if you are in the Somerset area and thinking of what to eat, or if you’re already full from dinner but want something sweet to end off your day, I would highly recommend that you check out Misato.
Their hodgepodge menu might be a disconnect for the masses but for those who know the true value of good food and are prepared to wait, it really is a hidden gem.
Get the seafood kaminabe or cha soba, and try their matcha desserts and drinks plus the mochi. You won't be disappointed.
As a customer, the feeling is really enjoyable whereby we can indulge in good food complement with beautiful tableware!
Besides having delicious food that were visually pleasing, I really appreciate the effort of Tony Young (the founder of Misato). Not only did he put in effort to the presentation, he had an eye for details for the food quality that was served in the restaurant.
It is definitely hard to decide which is better, Goma, Matcha or the kinako one.
This new restaurant at The Centrepoint serves up a pretty near selection of after meal sweet treats that'll delight the most fussy of dessert lovers because the restaurant prides itself on making them from scratch with quality ingredients air-flown from Japan.
Misato has plenty to offer and I'm looking forward to their complete menu launch.
Located inside Gastro+ on level 1 of The Centrepoint is Misato, a contemporary and chic Japanese restaurant.
My main feedback for Misato is that its signature dishes – the Okonomiyaki and Kaminade, are not considered your every-day-type of Japanese food.
Overall, Misato offers Japanese dishes at very affordable prices without compromising on the quality of ingredients and presentation. We might drop by again for that unforgettable warabi mochi.
All the table and dining wares were custom-made and specially imported from Japan, including some of the ingredients in their dishes were also sourced from Japan.
新店地点其实不尽理想,位于商场1楼比较安静的一个角落,但老板Tony已经花了不少时间寻寻觅觅,早已迫不及待。
