The kuih kiosk at USJ 4's Restoran New Apollo offers quite a variety: including the famous "Klang Food Center Bao", nicely packed Nyonya kuih, even Bah Zhang, Kuih Bakul, Dim Sum boxes, and pre-packed Nasi Lemak.

Overall, not bad but just slightly oily.
I'd still prefer the curry sauce over this one today; nevertheless, the chili sauce was a good dipping sauce for the chee cheong fun and yong tao foo.
Nevertheless, 火爆烧肉 Fried Roasted Pork was too sweet for my liking and lack "Wok Hei", while the 咸鱼腩腩煲 Pork Belly w/salted fish wasn't too bad. Overall, these 2 dishes wasn't impressive and today's service wasn't up the standard
Conclusion is that it is a likable variant of Mee Goreng mamak/indian. The fried noodle is very moist, the spiciness is to my liking, one mee goreng worth a try if you happen to be around USJ.
The stall operator recommended their popular "猪肉咸肉粽 Pork Bak Zhang" (not sure its origin), but just average in taste.
Today, I am trying Soo Kee USJ 4's Beef noodle; bit starchy but beef is nicely cooked with tenderness still and enough "Wok Hay"!
The Yee Mee is very Hokkien style with the dark sauce, lots of pork lard, its fried with prawns and pork slices and some vegetables. Nice!
The vegetarian claypot tofu comes with the vegan tofu and a variety of mushrooms including abalone mushroom plus an assortment of vegetables, tasty, a good dish. Steam egg was a bit "hard", not as smooth as what F4 Fish Head Subang does it.
Simple and tasty fried rice! wished it came with diced chinese sausage and tiny fried anchovies. Sambal goes well with it.
One of the dependent place for having a late lunch has always been the Restoran New Apollos at USJ 4.
香滑白切鸡 Steamed Chicken is a must try at this stall if you happen to be here in USJ, highly recommended.
The "怡保芽菜鸡 Ipoh Bean Sprout Steamed Chicken" I tried here yesterday was really good.
I highly recommend this chicken rice stall.
The "Gingerish" and "Big Onions" and well seasoned Deer Meat with the "Eggy Sauce" adds to the 锅气十足 "Wok Hay".
