Everything was good. The only downside is that it looks a bit like expensive economy rice. Which may be an unfair comment as the quality of food is high and the taste more sophisticated.

A light but the yet flavourful dish is the Wok-fried Boston Lobster with Caviar, Egg White, Fresh Milk & Broccoli. What I enjoyed most is the light and fluffy egg white perked up by the caviar's zest.
This pen cai is full of savoury flavoured and the abalones here are huge. Shiok!
