Melt Café, an all-day dining buffet restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Singapore is offering Indian Cuisine Dinner Menu from 8 April to 24 April 2022.
Our Melt Cafe buffet experience was a great one. We liked the new buffet concept (and we were given to understand that the restaurant might be making some changes to the buffet concept to make it even better).
A feast with wines and alcohols, perhaps a must would be this Roasted Australian Grass-Fed Rib Eye ($265), served with assorted roasted potatoes, sauteed vegetables, accompanied by red wine sauce.
Enjoy a slew of traditional Delhi dishes from both the Indian specialties station as well as their live stations which are set up exclusively for this festival.
Mention Melt Café and international cuisine comes to mind but this time, they have gone all indian.
Parents will also be delighted to know that they will be able to relax and enjoy their brunch and drinks while their little ones are kept entertained in the Little Fan Land.
促销期间除了道道印度美食,其他餐台照旧推出,冰上海鲜、日本寿司、西式菜肴等等精彩罗列,极尽丰盛。
While the above are my picks, I have to admit I did not manage to try all the dishes. Safe to say, it just invites you to come back for more.
Melt Cafe主打国际美食,一年到头推出各种不同主题促销,大多为不同地区的特色料理,这回以螃蟹食材为主题,分散在自助餐各个部分。
Overall, it was a good selection and Melt's never seems to fail in meeting my standard with their quality of food.
Of course, you can’t miss their superb Cheese Naan. When warm, the satisfying cheese layer just seems to melt into a fragrant and creamy flourish in the mouth.
If you love Thai food, Melt Café at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore has a run of specialty Thai dishes at their popular dinner buffet spread 6-19 March 2017.
Personal picks include the simple but scrumptious Lobster Avocado Salad—umami from little bursts of roe do well to accentuate that delicate, sweetness of lobster flesh— and the finessed Lobster Thermidor that pairs surprisingly well with their crowd-favourite, fragrant Cheese Naan.
I still feel Melt Café serves one of the best cakes and desserts. Other than its signature chocolate cake, its green tea cake has always been just as delicious.
文华东方酒店(Mandarin Oriental Singapore)的Melt Cafe自助餐,一年到头推出各种不同主题促销,开年首个促销Lobster Bonanza以龙虾为主角,自助餐台上龙虾踪影处处。
Overall, it was a good selection and Melt's never seems to fail in meeting my standard with their quality of food.
Last but not least, their Homemade Ice Creams. The sweetness of ice creams usually make your throat stick but theirs are almost thirst quenching. My favourites are their yogurt, strawberry, chocolate etc... Almost all flavours! Just choose all to pair with your Green tea waffles.
The crepes was soft and fluffy, and was delicious even on its own. No matter how filled you are, their ice creams are a must-try. Their chocolate ice cream was rich, velvety and edged with bitterness, while the strawberry sorbet was tangy and refreshing. Their yogurt ice cream is also not-to-be missed.
