        Good service despite the crowd, less waiting time as they have more space. Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng (RM 12.30) is satisfying with big portion, like it better than Rendang.

          The way that Malaysian standup comedian, Joanne Kam, lambasted the differences between Singapore style and Malaysia style nasi lemak motivated me to check out the most famous nasi lemak eatery when I was at Petaling Jaya (PJ) recently; Village Park Restaurant!

                8/10. My favourite nasi lemak in Kuala Lumpur, and for good reason. The only thing that slightly bothers me sometimes is how claustrophobic you can feel here. Sometimes it is impossible to get a seat, and you tend to get a million strangers next to you when you get one. But hey, some people like this aspect to feel more among Malaysians!

                      The restaurant owned by a Chinese Couple but Muslim converted serves their Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng as their signature dish as well as Lontong, Nasi Daging, or Nasi Lemak with Sotong or Rendang Ayam/Daging.

                        真心觉得他们的鸡好吃,不太贵,只是浆就少了点,因为他们家的Sambal 浆真的很好吃,我不是第一次来关顾这家餐厅,偶尔经过来吃而已,食物水准还是保持的很好,只是要吃的朋友们,要耐心点,好吃的东西都是要等的

                              Nasi lemak is undoubtedly one of my favorite Malaysian dishes. For me, a great plate of nasi lemak should consist of rich, fragrant rice, sweet-spicy sambal and crispy, juicy fried chicken. Village Park Restaurant is often touted as having the "best nasi lemak in town". During our staycation at Somerset Damansara Uptown, we ensured that we explored the eateries around the area and made it a point to come here.

                                The sambal chili was savoury sweet and mildly spicy with a underlying anchovy taste. The aromatic rice though soft, was loose and infused with coconut milk sweetness and aroma.

                                  There is no sorcery behind that plate of nasi lemak. It is RM 9.00 for nasi lemak with ayam goring (fried chicken). It is one of the best nasi lemak in town and it is no doubt about it. Will I come back again? The answer is a definite yes.

                                    he food here is quite pricy, a plate of Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken is around RM7 and be prepare to pay more than RM10 per plate if you want Prawn / Sotong. For those that's looking for some other food variety, they also serve some good half-boiled eggs and toast bread. Good place for family meet up only if you can afford the price. Be prepred for RM10-12 per person for eating here, price to pay for eating at the same outlet as our Prime Minister =)

                                      fried chicken was good! crisp on the inside and still remain moist on the inside. unlike those we had at nasi kandar! the skin was flavourful, must be the spices they use to marinate the chickens. yeah, me, who usually frown at the sight of skin (be it from fish, pork or chicken), had a bite too, it looks toooo inviting. hehe.

                                        Ambiance: 5/10 Price: 7/10 Food: 8/10 (halal) Verdict: Tasty food, reasonable prices. They also have a wide selection of nasi campur Melayu.
