One Prawn and Co 12 Course Seafood Grill Dinner review, Omakase in a Coffee Shop Singapore, Fine Dining in A coffee Shop, Dinner Service at One Prawn
Chef Jeremy Nguee returns this week with a recommendation for excellent prawn noodles by, to quote their website, a band of young and passionate individuals determined to keep the Singaporean cult…
The soup seems to have become smoother and richer from when they were at Golden Mile, sweet, prawny, and very drinkable. Neither Singaporean nor Penang – a savoury sweet style of its own.
Overall, Prawn Noodles at OPC are unlike other prawn noodles in Singapore. It is unique, delicious and at ramen esque standard.
Will I Return Again? If you love prawn noodles, I will recommend One Prawn & Co for its rich prawn broth. Note that parking can be a challenge along Macpherson Road as lots are limited, and you may have better parking luck along Jalan Anggerek.
One Prawn Noodle is by a band of young and passionate individuals who seek to keep the Singaporean culture and heritage alive.
Compared to their previous stall in Golden Mile Food Centre, there is more diversity in the menu here, and their standards are no doubt comparable. The flavour of their broth is also unlike what’s commonly served out there, so it’s worth a go!
Don't need to say much about the noodles or bee hoon as this prawn noodle is all about the soup, prawn and prawn ball
altogether a pretty enjoyable bowl. Wouldn't mind another the next time.
Overall I find One Prawn Noodle serves a good bowl of prawn noodle.
One Prawn Noodle serves up a great bowl of fusion prawn noodles that is packed with complex flavours and executed well.
The addictive soup, amazing pork lard bits, and fragrant chilli had found a place in my list of quality prawn noodles.
