I was kinda bummed with what I got.
A meal at traditional Japanese restaurant in Singapore would not be complete without authentic Japanese rice, miso soup and pickles.
the quality as we've encountered it has always been unquestionable.
Today's special was zuwaigani (snow crab) croquette teishoku.
Best place for a traditional lunch at a Japanese Restaurant in Mandarin Gallery Review of Suju restaurant - Orchard Road Singapore
Pork belly, kinoko and cabbage stir fried with ponzu. The citrus flavour in the dish made it refreshing.
Loved their miso marinated foie gras with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Portions were a little small.
Reeled in by a spicy maguro yukke don. Something off the regular menu. Not bad.
I can't say that I do tori nanban much but since Japanese tartare sauce agrees with me and even their tori karaage was good, I thought it would be worth a try.
Overall, lunch at Japanese Restaurant Suju Singapore in Mandarin Gallery was a different experience.
