Food at Lime Restaurant is varied, and the ala-carte buffet includes Western influences from American, British, French, and Italian cuisines, as well as Asian influences from Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisines.
The Honey Cilantro Lime Baked Salmon was another favourite. The Salmon Skin remained crispy while the flesh remained fork tender.

My favourite has to be the Braised Fish Fillet in Traditional Five Spice Soya Sauce. I loved that layer of crispy fish skin that cracked apart with a loud crunch right before I sunk my teeth into the succulent white fish.

I must say that the kitchen team at PARKROYAL on Pickering’s Lime Restaurant has gotten quite adventurous with its “Thorny Temptations” buffet extravaganza.
