The service at Lime Restaurant was delightful.
Considering the spread of food, bottomless coffee and tea, and the classy ambience, the price is immensely worth paying for.

My favourite has to be the Braised Fish Fillet in Traditional Five Spice Soya Sauce. I loved that layer of crispy fish skin that cracked apart with a loud crunch right before I sunk my teeth into the succulent white fish.
‘What the Shell’, like what the name suggests, is a buffet spread focusing on all types of shellfish and crustaceans.
