Would I come back? Maybe, just not on days when their crew is running at a bare minimum and live band playing.
If not this huge seafood tomyum pot? Then go for the popular pink soup. Yen Ta Fo (RM 39) represent hot pot with fishballs and tofu pieces and is another dish perfect for anyone who loves hot pot.
Rama’s Beloved Fried Donut Prawns (Tod Man Gong) (RM 18.90) Something NEW ! And this dish is sinfully good. The prawn donuts are made from the fresh minced meat together with prawns. It brings you with the crunchy bites of meat and inside moist, juicy and flavourful texture.
It is pretty hard to find good Thai Food especially with pork. And now we found one which is the Pim’s and The Rama. Being their 2nd outlet, their first outl...
Next dish is something very familiar to those who have travelled to Thailand many times. It's the Pad Thai Kung or Pad Thai Prawn Noodles (RM16.50). The noodles were soft but has a nice chewy texture and the prawns were quite springy. If you have no idea what to order, just order the Pad Thai.
My amazing gastronomical Thai-licious dining started off with Rama’s Beloved Fried Donut Prawns (Tod Man Gong) which got me hooked. Loved the pure minced prawn and fish paste, made into a dough and coated with breadcrumbs, deep-fried to a golden crispy, giving a nice tender on every bite. The chef was generous to include chopped whole prawns for the extra meaty kick. Recommended ~ A MUST-TRY dish!
Pim's & The Rama definitely did not disappoint with their wide variety of Thai dishes and a Thai chef captaining the kitchen. Now you no longer have to travel all the way to Klang for a taste of their food. Head on to Aman Suria for a Thai experience ;)

Pim's & The Rama has quite an extensive menu list and I felt the pricing is pretty reasonable for a Thai restaurant.
Our final dish is the Fresh Siakap Steamed With Chilli & Lime Soup (RM65.00). I really enjoyed this dish as the Siakap was very fresh and coupled with the tangy lime soup and with an induced spiciness from the chillies, it was very appetizing. Best eaten with a bowl of steamed white rice to scoop up all the broth. For an extra kick, you can opt to have a bottle of Chang Beer added to it. This will enhance a sweet flavour into the broth.
Omelette is our must order dish to go with the Tom Yum Soup. Omelette @ RM 6.90
