            At Streat Thai, they dub it ‘Tom Yum Wow’. H&I got a pot for two to share. (RM42.90). Aside from crab meat sticks and chicken balls, the mix was also topped with fried chicken wings which still retained a slight crispiness even after soaking in the soup. Served separately were fried fish fillets which were nice and moist. Salty, crispy, springy, savoury – what more can one ask for?

              Basil Chicken was damn good and I really enjoyed it, however I find it a little spicy for me although it its stated mild spicy. Non-spicy eaters should clearly tell them to prepare the food less spicy and no spicy to avoid getting a box of spicy Basil Chicken. Basil Chicken @ RM 8.90

                    This is my fifth Ramadhan buffet review. I always ask myself what is the specialty in every place I visit? Firstly, I would say this place is easily find as it is just strategically located at Jaya One, P.J less than 1 km away from Universiti Malaya. Secondly, Ramadhan buffet in Streat Thai as the name suggested serving sumptuous Thai food to all. Thirdly, this is the cheapest among all I reviewed as the rate starting from RM39.90+ per person.

                      Amongst all the dishes, my favourite always the Mango Sticky Rice and the Taro Smoothies. With over 100 dishes in the menu, I'll ask my parents to bring me here again to try out other food. The place is big and comfortable and every Friday and Saturday, they will have Chill Chill live music from 7.30pm till 10.30pm

                        Streat Thai is a pork free Thai Restaurant whose focus is on serving a wide variety of authentic and popular Thai Street Food in a relaxing environment that is reminiscent of restaurants in Bangkok.                           Streat Thai is one of the busiest restaurants in Jaya One for a good number of reasons. While its pork free menu may not please everyone, it certainly appeals to most diners. Food is affordably priced and not to mention the atmosphere is always lively and vibrant.

                              The Beef Porridge with Clear Tom Yum (RM16.90) was the standout dish of the night! It is served in a clay pot and when it is served to you, you have to break the egg and mix it with the other ingredients. After mixing, leave it to simmer further before chowing it down.

                                In short, despite the affordable price for authentic Thai street food, we personally feel that Streat Thai still has rooms of improvement for their dishes. Service is friendly but can be short-handed during peak lunch hours.
