We stayed in the Quad room at Theme Park Hotel . It is large with raised platform of two queen sized bed and a single bed just nice for my family of 5, parents with two kids and a granny (or maid). Decorations are quirky, simple, minimalism and attractive to children.
Resorts World Genting (RWG) has seven hotels under its belt to accommodate more than 20 million visitors a year. If you are travelling in a large group, there are rooms in Theme Park Hotel called ‘Sixers’ or ‘Quads’ to house everyone together. Good for families and friends who want to stick together through thick and thin.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Theme Park Hotel as it has all my basic needs met – comfortable stay, short distance away from the Arena of Stars, SkyAvenue lifestyle mall and SkyCasino as well as spacious walking space in the room.
Most rooms now feature a built in, Tatami-style raised platform on which are two queen sized beds which can comfortably hold four guests in the Quads rooms. The raised sleeping platforms also serve as storage spaces. Compartments in the platforms are used to store luggage, while room safes are also built into the drawer space
Tu baru kat lobi.
We recently stayed in the Quads room in the Valley Wing, an ideal-sized room for our family of four. The room decor is quirky and fun, with doodles cleverly drawn all over the room. The artists have drawn outlines of the closets and clothes can be hung on knobs. The television set too is hung on brackets, with artwork around it to make it seem that it is enclosed in a TV cabinet. Our kids absolutely loved the design of the room
A built-up bunk bed above the platform holds another queen sized mattress, effectively enabling six visitors in a room in the Sixers rooms. The novelty of the bunk beds is bound to have children clamouring to sleep on top, allowing parents a chance to rest without fidgety children in their proximity. There are also Kings rooms for a cosy night for travelling duos.
Hotel on the park is a new hotel that recently establish in Genting Highlands. Formerly known as the Theme Park Hotel, Resorts World Genting - Hotel on the Park is a boutique hotel located at the doorsteps of the Arena of Stars and the upcoming Twentieth Century Fox World Malaysia. It is also not far from the SkyAvenue lifestyle mall and SkyCasino.
这家酒店最适合谁? 当然是越多人一起来越好玩啊, 一大班朋友, 闺蜜, 家人等等一起来拍照玩翻天!
The Theme Park Hotel in Resorts World Genting which holds many nostalgic memories for many closed since 2013 now reopen as Hotel On The Park. The hotel's new concept 'all you see is not all you get' has no structural changes on the cards, still retained its 448 rooms perfect for families or a group of friends getaway.
The oldest hotel at Resorts World Genting, the Theme Park Hotel was built in the 70’s and formerly known as the Highlands Hotel. Subsequently, it seems logical for the hotel to be named Theme Park Hotel when the theme park was built next to it. The hotel is now opened and called Hotel On The Park – a nod to its proximity to the upcoming first-in-the-world Twentieth Century Fox World Theme Park.
Overall, this hotel is a great addition for the Resorts World Genting especially to those who likes to come with a bunch of friends and families. Instead of separating each other in a lot of rooms, it would be much more economical and fun to have them all in one room. The only con I can think of so far is the noise reduction between rooms. I know you are excited to have all your friends in one room but please keep your voice down. It is not nice to disturb your neighbours next door especially after wee hours. Last but not least, the price starts from RM2XX++. Book early to avoid disappointment and to enjoy the lowest rate. Book a room today!
Hotel On The Park虽保留了原本的建筑结构，却为原有的结构注入了无限创意及玩味元素。甫踏入酒店大厅，映入眼帘的是粉色系巨型茶杯堆叠而成，延伸至天花板的高耸柱子。
SkyAvenue is just about 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes you can look for, and shopping opportunities! Do check out this hotel, it really worth the price is pay for. Thumbs up to Genting Highlands for coming up with such a quirky and unique boutique hotel! It will surely brand capture the hearts of young and old, be it couple, friends or families!
The 8,000 sq ft lobby also has a trick mirror which gives guests the sensation of a new world of creative madness, mirroring Alice's reaction as she fell into the rabbit hole in the classic Lewis Carrol story - Alice in Wonderland. We really had fun taking photos with different poses here. When you are here, remember to take your creative photos for remembrance.
