Probably made from a Sandwich Toaster, the Caramelicious Waffles was two small pieces of crispy Waffles drizzled over Caramel and served with Peanut Butter, Chocolates, Banana and whipped Cream. The texture was a little bready but we love the addictive crispy texture, the slightly burnt edges gave it a pleasant aroma as well. The Waffles may seemed overly drowned in sauce but to our surprise, they were not as sweet as expected... even better with some whipped Cream. The only source of overdose sweetness was the Chocolate chips.
Over all, Daily Dose cafe is still ok.
Grilled Snapper Fresh fillet of snapper marinated in a spice paste and wrapped in a banana leaf, grilled over a charcoal flame.
Alley的西班牙油條的外層擁有十分立體和美麗的條紋,其外層比較緊實香脆,而內層鬆軟而綿密,極具口感又不會油膩,確實很棒!
At Kebaya Dining Room Restaurant they are serving some of the best indochinese and peranakan fares you can find in Penang.
The restaurant's dishes provide a window into authentic Johorean cuisine.
If you are looking for a cafe to spice up your coffee break, you can do just that by paying a visit to The Alley. Located on Stewart Lane in George Town, Penang, this cafe with a casual setting occupied a previous corner shop selling praying incense.
Here's the location.
An art gallery and a restaurant, Kesum Art Restaurant is one of the perfect spots for visual art lovers. The newly opened restaurant at Stewart Lane offers a menu featuring Southern Malaysian favorites; diners can have a simple tour at the art gallery on first floor and move on to lunch at the restaurant one floor lower. The restaurant is simple with only 5 tables available; not only seats are limited but they have limited quantity for their offering too (only 30 sets available daily). Exceptional food quality but sluggish service, it took them more than 40 minutes to serve our orders. The heat-intolerant be forewarned- while the place is fully air-conditioned, the temperature is usually kept at room temperature (approx. 28'C). But if you have great interest in both arts and Southern Malaysian cuisine, this is the place to go... without breaking your budget. Kesum Art Restaurant occupies a corner unit at Stewart Lane, right next to Chulia Lane.
