As you can imagine, I am very disappointed by the lack of any form of service recovery for all that has transpired, especially from a hotel of Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore’s standing.
Our stay at Shangri-La Singapore was fabulous and doing nothing at all was definitely a great break for us. Highly recommended!
While I enjoyed the surprisingly contemporary residential experience at the Tower Wing, perhaps the Valley Wing may offer a guest journey that is truer to the core of Shangri-La’s brand of old-world, opulent luxury.
the best really is the tagliatelle di manzo which just means sliced beef steak…a sirloin…I had medium rare…perfecto! I can eat this every time la…:-)
risotto also excellent very good & tasty ..
Many choices of cheese and bread, and really delicious tomatoes.

I love coming to Dempsey because it is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and it offers free parking!
I love anything housemade. More than 80% of the time, I feel that it signified the chef’s devotion to bring the best to the table.
I can keep eating this.
Regent Singapore does offer a markedly different classic grand hotel experience and a confident and exciting dining programme

If you are looking Best Brunches in Singapore then Siri House is incredible, social and dining space, people, art, design, food & retail...
SIRI HOUSE at Dempsey has carved out a niche with its cuisine that can best be described as Modern Asian.
Botanico is housed at the two storey 1920s art deco conservation building now known as The Garage.
Other than National Orchid Garden and Swan Lake, do check out Jacob Ballas Children Garden (with water play area) and Food for Thought (with a small outdoor playground) at Singapore Botanic Gardens too!
Situated at the heart of the city of Singapore, the site demonstrates the evolution of a British tropical colonial botanic garden that has become a modern world-class scientific institution used for both conservation and education. The cultural landscape includes a rich variety of historic features, plantings and buildings that demonstrate the development of the garden since its creation in 1859. It has been an important centre for science, research and plant conservation, notably in connection with the cultivation of rubber plantations, in Southeast Asia since 1875.
Botanico and Bee's Knees have definitely taken modern SEA cooking to the next level and I found myself surprised at every bite.
Beyond the inventive cafe dishes on the menu, another reason to visit Bee’s Knees is the atmosphere.
I like that the truffle carbonara has arugula leaves on it so that the bitterness can undercut the heaviness.
Ambience at The Lobby Lounge Shangri-La is welcoming and grand.
The Chee Cheong Fun hit the spot with its thin silky smooth skin and generous glaze of sweet black sauce. Perfectly springy and chewy, the delicate rice rolls had us going back for more.
As much as Shangri-la Hotel is not the most accessible place to go to if you are not driving, it is always a joy to go to Shangri-la Hotel Lobby Lounge for its lunch buffet as it is both affordable and feature a list of local favourites.
With up to to 20 varieties of tea for savouring with the spread, there's no lack of choice.
The Tea Lounge Afternoon Tea experience is good value from the perspective of the varied spread.
Tea Lounge, the colonial garden-styled space on the ground level of Regent Singapore, recently launched its English Garden afternoon tea experience.
Each dish looks small but we were quite full by the time the kaya toast dessert was served.

Her creations now reflect a greater nuance and finesse with a new focus on South East Asian flavours.
I thought it was a pity that the food didn't quite work out.
One of my favourites is the Crispy Roasted Chicken with black truffle shavings which boasts tender, succulent meat beneath a crispy thin layer of skin, while the addition of black truffle elevated the flavours of the roasted chicken.
大闸蟹粉皮煲($24)在砂锅里热腾腾上桌,软嫩顺滑的粉皮吸收了蟹黄的鲜美浓郁,入口香滑鲜美。
only impressed with the outstanding service by every server, cheerful, polite and friendly, and the great ambience…
Most of the dishes were well cooked and delicious, except for the Sushi Rolls which were 'meh' at best.
the suite was spacious and comfortable, and there is a lot to recommend about the property, from the guest rooms’ bathroom jet massage capabilities and the Wet Lounge’s facilities to Yan Ting’s Sunday Champagne Dim Sum Brunch and the brilliant Remède Spa treatments.
The hotel may wish to relook how it approaches its application of the Marriott Rewards membership benefits, in the interest of preserving guest loyalty and delivering the promise of “live exquisite” as opposed to “leave shortchanged”.
No matter your preferred food, The Line has got you covered with their wide spread of exquisite nosh and themed buffets.
The highlight of the buffet is, of course, the durians.
The Canton Fair buffet has enough to satisfy some discerning taste buds.
A dish to look out for is the Singapore Chilli-style Lobster.
Whether you’re on a “see food” or seafood diet, J65’s Lobster Rock n Roll Buffet and International Seafood Buffet will satisfy your hunger without putting a huge dent on your wallet.
To end on a sweet note, do head over to the dessert section where there are cakes, local kuehs as well as chocolate fondue!
so 2pax dinner very good standard dishes for S$53 nett. boleh la!
They also provide corporate catering menus like buffets, seminars and meetings, daily packed meals and cafeteria food services.
ambience was great. relax and food was great.
I have always like the dining ambience at Brasserie Les Saveurs and the new dishes during my recent visit did not disappoint.
If I am not wrong, the new a la carte menu by Executive Chef Thibault Chiumenti is to bring things back to basic, showcasing the rich and familiar flavours of traditional French cuisine with culinary finesse.
卖相吸睛的鞑靼牛肉Tartare de Bœuf au Couteau($42)也是传统法国菜,师傅以手切牛肉取代一般的牛肉碎,口感更佳。
KARA Cafe & Dessert Bar is an upscale independent café serving eclectic ‘all-day dining’ hearty comfort food.
The highlight is their homemade Mochi Waffles with Froyo.
Nice soothing decor with botanical impressions on the walls, taking inspiration from the UNESCO World Heritage awarded Singapore Botanic Gardens.
Open Farm Community New Dishes maybe created and filled with with local flavours, however, I feel that there isn’t any wow factor. Some fine tuning to the dishes may be required. Generally, I notice the vegetarian dishes were extremely well executed, so were the pasta.
A little pricey for the portions but it was delicious.
Clean food with care given to flavours and plating.
