Given a chance to be back again, I will very much like to order their main courses.
Open Farm Community New Dishes maybe created and filled with with local flavours, however, I feel that there isn’t any wow factor. Some fine tuning to the dishes may be required. Generally, I notice the vegetarian dishes were extremely well executed, so were the pasta.
A little pricey for the portions but it was delicious.
Clean food with care given to flavours and plating.
Dinner turned out less satisfying than the first visit, maybe standards have dropped and I just was not enjoying OFC the way I remembered it to be.
Overall, some hits and misses. I wouldn't say I like everything I've tried on OFC's revamped menu that evening, but thankfully some of the well-received "old" dishes are still available on the menu.
The dishes in the Open Farm Community New Locally Inspired Menu has a spin of local flavours, in particular the ingredients used. Perhaps, it might require a little more tweaking to perfect the balance.
It is most certainly not a place for everyday dining. But for those looking for quality food in a comfortable, close-to-nature, environment, I can say this is one of the top options in Singapore.
