The Middle Eastern Medley is consistently good and (to us) it is the best thing on the menu. The lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and the rice was perfectly aromatic and delicious. It was worth braving traffic and the hot sun just to eat this.

Not exactly a pocket-friendly lunch but one worth every Ringgit spent - I would never slave in the kitchen to cook those lamb shanks and I am definitely not up for baking such fancy cakes. Hah!

Serai again after more than one year and we noticed that the nasi ambang we ate previously at MYR20++ now costs MYR24++ (price increased by 20% in a year).

Pavlova was simply delicious. Sourness from the fruits contrast well with the sweetness from the cream. Yummy!! Highly recommended. Pavlova @ RM 15.90

This platter arrived at the table within 15 minutes of ordering, very quick! The chicken was well marinated with turmeric and crispy without being at all oily. The squid was moist and sweet and the oxtail asam pedas so succulent and spicy, the tender meat was bursting with flavourful spices.

We ordered the Serai Platter (RM 25). The fluffy white rice which is infussed with the lemongrass brought us with the aromatic blend. Served together with the h honey squid, fresh acar, juicy fried chicken, and oxtail asam pedas. It’s so delicious and the blend is such a heaven. The chicken is well marinated and it’s meat is juicy and tender
