Whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur, I travel down to Chinatown ( Petaling Street) to get a dose of the delicious soybean milk and traditional Chinese biscuits from Fung Wong. This is actually the first time I had time to walk beyond the covered walkway to explore the entire area which is actually full of small interesting cafes
If you like salted Egg, then this dish is for you. Every mouth you take, you will be to taste it. The pasta was served with 5 or 6 pieces of boneless chicken. Food was tasty and from the looks of it, it’s can instagramble restaurant.
We really liked Malaya Garden, as the staff were professional, attentive (they noted the little one would find the macaroni cheese too spicy – maybe not, but we didn’t risk it), and friendly, the food was of a high standard, the decor is fun – oh, and I almost forgot that the coffee is delicious, if perhaps a little environmentally unfriendly.
A must-try is our Signature Coconut Bread Loaf, made with fresh coconut milk via the tangzhong method. Fluffiness and captivating aromas are guaranteed in every bite. The flavours of coconut are amplified with a good slather of silky kaya, prepared fresh daily using traditional ways. The soft-boiled eggs? Well, they are full of surprises, too.
