3rd Course :Grilled Octopus Tentacle As for the third course, one can go for the Grilled Octopus Tentacle or the Truffle Risotto. Being a fans of seafood, the grilled octopus tentacle is definitely my choice. Using only the octopus tentacle, they are beautifully grilled till perfection leaving you with the juicy bites. It is served together with the asparagus confit, courgette pearl and the Roma tomato concasse. The dish is just awesome and each mouthful is heavenly good.
Fourth course - 300 Days Grain Fed Wagyu Cheek For the main course, I opted for this sumptuous beef cheek. Wonderfully braised, the beef cheek has the most incredible melt-in-your-mouth texture, absolutely rich and flavourful, paired beautifully with braised leek, roasted parsnip and crisp, de la vera dust.
Overall review: Dining in Tangerine THE FACE Suites KL is a blissful experience. It sets the right kind of atmosphere, creatively crafted modern European cuisine, friendly service, and ticked the other boxes that a great restaurant have.

Main Course 方面,小編最愛那份油脂分布均勻的和牛了,入口即溶這份感覺,在這兒竟然找得,好像吃這一塊不膩的牛油在嘴裡化開,口齒留香!
Hubby had the foie gras, which was seared and complimented by candied kumquat, smoked duck, puy lentil and a vanilla glaze. The foie was rich and luscious and the kumquat helped cut some of the richness of the foie. Lovely!

5 Course Dinner Menu @ RM 228 nett which I find it very reasonable. Rarely I am impress for such dining experience and here is why: Food is prepare by local talent, which mean is a Malaysian Chef More impress is because a lady malay chef which you rarely see in fine dining scene. (which I am proud off) Technical skills and flavor profile with French Cooking method, is certainly impressive. 5 main course but they do serve amuse boche which is like a small stater or palate teaser for you to hit on before start of main course = 4-5 small dishes additional.
