At average $2 a piece, they cost a bit more but I feel they are worth the slight price premium.
They are really specialised. The only food on the One Kueh at a Time menu are soon kuehs – in eight flavours. For drinks – you can choose between tea and coffee. It is a good place to go for indecisive people.
Very nice and refined soon kueh, in an industrial building at Pandan Loop. The skin was thin and gelatinous, and the filling crisp and juicy, as well as nicely flavoured.
One Kueh At A Time has probably found the right formula to introduce something new but not divert from the traditional soon kueh.
