Pao Fan is available here as well. It comes in lobster broth with ingredients like scallop and crab meat in it. And of course the crispy rice for the sizzling and texture flavours to complete the pao fan experience.

My personal favorite is the Stir-fried Ramen with Lobster in XO Sauce. The spicy XO sauce was truly a smackdown on flavors. Exhilarating!

During the tasting, we indulged in the 6-course set which I highly recommend. The S$68.00++ set is impossibly value for money, especially when you get premium ingredients like shark fin, lobster and Kurobuta pork.
