这是店家的招牌菜肴，厨师曾经用这道菜去参加世界级比赛 (1992年在中國上海的第一屆世界烹飪大賽)，并且获得铜奖，可想而知这道菜多美味，多有魅力，因而这道菜肴也因此而得名。这道菜肴分成两个部分来吃，一是配饭，一是配馒头。这个东坡肉的肉质属于较干身的那种，大部分的味道都集中在外皮。焖的够味的猪肉块，最后再用焦糖上色，就完成了这道东坡肉。这样配饭吃，可也是很下饭的。店家送上几片馒头，让食客夹着东坡肉吃。当酥软的馒头夹着咬劲够的东坡肉时，那个感觉真的是美妙。

我觉得这里的佛跳墙和东坡肉确实是值得一试。虽然地点有点偏远，但是吃过后一定不后悔的。也正因为地点的关系，这里的价位普遍比雪隆一带低一点，要是在 KL 市区吃这等名贵的料理，结帐的时候一定会吓死人了。食物 ☆☆☆☆ 服务 ☆☆☆ 环境 ☆☆☆ 价钱 ☆☆☆ 推荐 - 佛跳墙、铜奖东坡肉

The total bill for 12 pax– plus soft drinks for the kids , beers and Chinese tea came to about RM1220 Overall – a mediocre dinner.

Loon Sing's chefs have won huge huge regional competitions for many of their signature dishes, but their Siu Long Pao was actually quite bad. The skin was quite thick and tough, and the actual dumpling was mediocre.

For starter, we shared a bowl of "Buddha jumps over the wall' (RM59) - it was hearty and delicious. We also ordered the Chef's Special Seafood Shark's Fin (RM20) which had ample amount of sea cucumber and high quality shark's fin (not like the usual starchy shark's fin soup you get in certain restaurants).

For the dishes I tried in Loon Sing, there were some hits and definitely some misses. Jun said the standard detiorated though.
