        Overall, Tommy Thongchai has good food for good prices and I foresee them becoming one of my favorite Thai restaurants to visit. Gauging by the crowd, I believe a lot of other people do so too.

          Overall I love my stay here, this modern Thai Fusion Restaurant seems to be the perfect spot to unwind ourselves after a long week at work or you could just stop by for some good food, the environment is kids friendly too before the night gets too wild.

                First, we had the Pan Seared Salmon Trout with Mango Salsa (RM 59). Interesting flavour combination of sweet and savoury. The salmon was nicely done and I like the smokiness too.

                  Another finger snack food that you might want to have with your beer or cocktail is the Thongchai's Mango Salsa Nachos medium (RM 16.00). Although it is mention in the menu as Nachos, it is actually fried wanton skin which is topped with coriander aioli and topped with mango salsa.

                      Black Angus Steak Fries @ RM 127 (285g) – grain fed black angus ribeye, isaan marinate or thongchai’s dry rub charcoal grilled, thongchai fries. Not to miss this, as I find the price is very reasonble for such a place and this steak is cook to perfection. Requested for medium rare and pinky inside meat and nice charred on the meat. Juicy inside out. Worth an order.

                        Thumbs up to Tommy Thongchai's perfectly grilled Moo Ping Skewers. This is a MUST-TRY, simply one of the best I ever a long time ago. It gets addictive and you simply can't stop at one, order them from the menu at RM 5 per skewer for the taste of heaven!

                          I ordered the Curry Tonkatsu – Japanese breaded and deep fried pork cutlet, served with a side of creamy Thai-style curry and soup. The tonkatsu was quite sizable and sure to satisfy the cravings of carb and meat-eaters, although I felt like the curry could have had a thicker consistency.
