Titiwangsa Lake Gardens, or Taman Tasik Titiwangsa, is an attractive and well maintained park in Kuala Lumpur with a wide range of facilities and things to do for the whole family.
The food at White & Black Lakeside Cafe is a little expensive for what it is. For RM38, that burger should have tasted a lot better. Considering that this is the only sit-down restaurant in Taman Titiwangsa, a cafe with a view like this could get away with mediocre food and less effort in food presentation. Everything we ordered was above-average, though. We will probably eat at White & Black again on our next visit to Titiwangsa Park. The food is pretty good and you just can’t beat the ambience.
The Nasi Kerabu was pretty tasty. As you can see, the dish came with blue pea rice, a piece of chicken thigh, ulam, salted egg, fish crackers, cili sambal and in house sauce. It tasted as it should and it was yummy.
We shared a platter of Nasi Kerabu – blue pea rice served with chicken, fresh ulams, budu, solok lada, salted egg and special in house sauce. Wanted to try tempe quinoa salad and lempeng roll too, but wasn’t available during our visit.
