Did we enjoy the roti canai? Yes – but it has to be garing, as is it to our preference. The other dishes were decent as well but the roti canai is the reason to visit Restoran IV.
It is always that the simplest food is the hardest to make. Indeed their Roti Canai is cripy on the outside as my liking, yet soft inside. A great breakfast comfort food.
They have prepacked nasi lemak on each table. Or if you frequent this place as often as my parents, ask the waiter to prepare a fresh plate instead. The aromatic rice tinged with coconut milk is delicious and when added with that hot sambal and salty ikan bilis, this is something worth breaking your diet for.
