Hong Catering Service is serving good dishes to the public during lunchtime. However, after lunch, this place is serving succulent and delicious satay. Selling at RM1.20 per stick, the satay here is well marinated, packed with lemongrass and turmeric, In the middle of the stick there is lard that makes this stay more tender. The dipping sauce is rich with peanut flavor and mixed well with the satay.
