Would I Stay Or Would I Go? I’d stay. This is to say: I would make a return trip to Don Julio to eat some of the dishes that I enjoyed. And I recommend you make a trip too.
A recent visit to La Juiceria Superfoods at Verve Shops in Mont Kiara has also reiterated what I mentioned. Known for their cold-pressed juices, La Juiceria Superfoods is their latest café from the group offering healthy superfood dishes at affordable price. There is also its sister café called Goodness Greens in TTDI that serves similar healthy dishes.
Healthy eating need not be boring. The menu at La Juiceria Superfoods comprises of All-day breakfast, Soups, Soba, Wraps & Pastas, Superbowls, Signature salads, as well as Build your own salad bowl. There will also be Smoothie bowls, their signature Cold-pressed juices, organic coffee, premium tea, and raw desserts.
At La Juiceria Superfoods, they serve a variety of healthy breakfasts, lunch and dinner from customising your own gourmet salads to our delightful superbowls, pastas, specialty wraps such as the insta-famous Nasi Lemak Wrap and our colourful smoothie bowls – Acai berry and Pittaya bowl, cold-pressed juices, organic coffee and premium tea.
Reasons to visit: Delicious and nutritious food with loads of vegetarian, vegan, lactose and gluten free options. Smoked Salmon Quinoa, Chicken Bolognese & Grilled Veggies and the Açai Berry Bowl. Great juices, shots and hot drinks too.
We ordered the Seafood Marinara which is a tomato based pasta with an array of scallop, sea prawn, squid, white clams and slipper lobster. As you can see, BLab is quite generous in terms of the amount of seafood that they serve here. The seafood is not the tiny ones but reasonable sized ones. Taste wise, it was quite good, but I prefer the garlic chili prawn linguine more.
