Kicking things off with a generous portion of Butter Poached Brittany Blue Lobster. The presentation may look a little bland and ordinary, but trust me, it all lies within the freshness and method of execution of the lobster. Beautifully coloured and packed full of natural sweetness, this piece of lobster tail is definitely something to die for.
Next to arrive is the Wagyu with asparagus. The beef was so tender, melt-in-the-mouth and juicy..... oh so good! Can I please have more? ;)
Next is the course I'm most excited for - the sashimi moriawase - and boy, what an impressive, beautifully assembled platter it was! Featuring 10 different types of seafood, we thoroughly enjoyed the amazingly fresh, thick slices of salmon, salmon belly, kodai, hirame, hotate, akagai, amaebi, kanpachi, shima aji and tai.
Kagoshima Wagyu Here comes the highlight of our dinner. Kagoshima Wagyu are known for their balanced marbling and tenderness. The A5 cut that we got was awesome and it was legitimate melt in your mouth Wagyu. So good with some Izo Hanto Wasabi and soy cured egg yolk sauce.

Locals should be able to relate to this flavour of sweet and tangy that will curb the oil in the fried giant prawn inside this mango roll. Hawaiian Maki (RM 35) has that lovely aroma of mango and the perfect match of soft and crispy texture from both mango and breaded giant prawn; making this a delight to consume.
As for the Hotate Mentaiyaki (RM 38.00) where the hotate is being served with the creamy cod fish roe sauce which it is added with egg yolk and lemon to bring the light zestiness in it. The overall taste comes rich to me.
