Tai Tong Restaurant – Dim Sum at George Town Penang Malaysia
The flavors of the seafood stir-fried otak dish are very addictive – the spiciness and creaminess of the coconut milk go well against the sweetness of the seafood. Another well-composed dish is the asparagus prawn dish, stir-fried with a rich and pungent sambal sauce.

Meanwhile for the stir fried egg with glass noodles & carrots, it has other name known as "shark fin egg" though we are unsure there are real shark fins involved or not. The texture is distinctive, crisp, fluffy and was stir fried with perfect moisture control to yield its unique taste.
The piping hot Porridge has the perfect consistency... not too thick nor watery, but with the perfect starchy outlook... a sure sign that it has been cooked with adequate time and skills. The Porridge was reasonably seasoned and served with condiments like Fish, Chicken, Lettuce, pickled Radish, Spring Onions and Ginger. We recommend eating the Porridge with the Fried Crullers (Yau Cha Guai).
