The fish steamboat broth was not too bad but I still preferred having fried yam in it. It was tasty and was charcoal heated.
The noodles were cooked till soft and full of the mushroom sauce flavour, coupled with freshly stewed and sweet mushrooms and crunchy pork lard. The soup was the key here, cloudy and rich and comforting, and full of ingredients (although some may feel that it’s a bit too salty) while the noodles was a bit average in comparison.
